Ahh the Brandywine, it just tastes like summer. In our opinion the best tasting tomato in the world. Dating back to the 1800's these plants grow huge pink fruit up to 1.5 lbs. It can be a little tougher to grow than some other varieties but if we knew we had one meal left on earth this would be on our plate, there simply is nothing else that matches it. Due to the enormous size of the plant (ours routinely grow over 8 feet) they require sturdy support and appreciate regular pruning. Indeterminate.

Maybe the perfect home grown tomato. Dating back to the Great Depression the story goes this tomato was such a hit that the farmer who developed it was able to pay off his mortgage by selling young plants. Producing an abundance of 1 lb fruit, in our opinion it is a very close second to the Brandywine in flavor but a little easier to grow and more productive. We prune them heavy and support them with very sturdy cages or trellis. Indeterminate.

Idaho's own tomato! Bred in in 1962 by the University of Idaho in Moscow this smaller tomato plant is known for its resistance to curly top. It does very well in containers and in smaller garden spaces as the plants have a rather dense and compact size. Produces lot's of 3" fruit and can get by with less support than some other varieties. Determinate.

Our go to snack while hanging/working in the garden. Winner of Best in Show at the 2017 National Heirloom Expo. Stunning elongated cherry tomato was developed by tomato guru Brad Gates of Wild Boar Farms. This variety is the all time best selling seed at Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds. Can be tough to determine when ripe, best to judge by relative firmness in conjunction with color changes. Exceptionally sweet fruit have a unique flavor and hold well on vine after ripening. Very prolific and last well on the counter after picking. Indeterminate.
