Lamb

We sell a very limited number of locker lambs every year. Our small flock of Registered Finnsheep produce the finest tasting lamb we have ever tried. What they give up in size they more then make up for in flavor. The Finnsheep is a very old Landrace breed from Scandinavia. The meat has a mild flavor similar to Icelandic.
